WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

30% Wholesale Discount Customers: To qualify you must initially spend $250.00 or more at the 30% level which is equivalent to a $358.00 retail purchase. Subsequent minimum orders are $75.00 wholesale. You are required to purchase $750.00 wholesale annually, or you will forfeit your discount. You may upgrade your discount level at any time by contacting us directly for more details.

40% Wholesale Discount Customers: To qualify you must initially spend $400.00 or more at the 40% level which is equivalent to a $668.00 retail purchase. Subsequent minimum orders are $100.00 wholesale. You are required to purchase $1,500 wholesale annually, or you will forfeit your discount to the appropriate level. You may upgrade your discount level at any time by contacting us directly for more details.

50% Wholesale Discount Customers: To qualify you must initially spend $1,000.00 or more at the 50% level which is equivalent to a $2,000.00 retail purchase. Subsequent minimum orders are $100.00 wholesale. You are required to purchase $2,500 wholesale annually, or you will forfeit your discount to the appropriate level.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

All new customers agree to pay in advance by credit card or cheque for the first three orders before release of orders.(Accepted credit cards are Visa and Mastercard only). After the initial three orders, customers may apply for wholesale Net 30 terms via credit application submission. Upon review of application, terms may be approved at the discretion of the supplier. Terms will be monitored and changed if not maintained in good standing. All orders are payable by the due date indicated on the invoice, via the terms agreed upon. All payments made after the due date stated on the invoice, will be subject to a late payment / interest charge, calculated on the outstanding amount, at 4% per month until paid in full.

TAXES & SHIIPPING

Applicable taxes and shipping are added to the value of the goods. Orders are shipped F.O.B. from Pheylonian Production Kohr, Marlbank, ON for Canadian orders, and F.O.B. Pheylonian Production Kohr, Wellesley Island, NY for USA orders. Standard UPS Ground service is used, unless otherwise requested, and additional charges may apply.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE AND RETURNS

Upon receiving your order with obvious damage due to shipping, please call us immediately. Keep all packaging materials for claim purposes in the event that a claim is required to be made with the courier company.

To place your order, send a completed form by fax or email.  Orders can be placed by phone during normal business hours.

Your order will be confirmed via email. It is beneficial for us to have a current email address, so we may notify you of any specials, new products, price changes or product availability. All information is confidential and will be used discreetly.
