Payment Terms: All orders are prepaid using Visa, Mastercard or Check. C.O.D. is not available. Payment MUST be made and received in full prior to shipping your order.

Quality Guarantee: Our staff takes great care to package all orders well, however should your order arrive with obvious damage, call us immediately. Keep all packaging materials for claim purposes.
Shipping: Most orders are shipped by UPS, as it is faster and cheaper than mail, however we also ship by mail. (UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box)

Shipping Charges: Are charged according to weight and destination. This is applied once your order is pulled and packed. For customers sending payment by check, please call for a quote.
